Functions at the Westberry

We have two conference/function suites which can be joined together to host larger events — the larger can hold up to about 80 guests and the smaller about 60, or up to perhaps 150 when joined together.

Conferences

Our conference suites can be configured to meet your needs — typical layouts include horseshoe (for training sessions or presentations), hollow square (for formal meetings), theatre (for presentations or meetings), cabaret (for training sessions or presentations), or classroom (for formal meetings, presentations or examinations).  WiFi, projection facilities, flip charts, stationery, etc., are all included in the price.  

Functions

These can range from small private parties to large dinner dances, etc., and we can put you in touch with local DJs and entertainers to make your function go with a bang.  For formal dinners we can provide a top table with 'sprigs', or a banquet layout if you prefer.  Our round tables will comfortably accommodate eight people and we can provide "lazy Susans" so that guests can help themselves from a wide variety of different dishes. 

From the moment you arrive, our friendly staff will be on hand to look after you.We offer full office back-up and on-site support to make your meeting or function run as smoothly as possible.  Our conference suites are available from only £150 per day, and our expert team of chefs can tailor-make any food requirements.  Special dietary requests can always be catered for.
